About Delivery
Standard delivery is free of charge to most parts of the UK. Subject to individual suppliers who may have differing interpretations of ‘UK mainland’ and, thus, additional charges may apply for your postcode.
Some items are subject to a delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other offshore islands, including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Due to the generally large and heavy products that we specialise in, estimated delivery times are shown on the individual product pages under the “Delivery†tab.
Please be aware that these are estimations only and are based on our best assumption that the item is in stock.
If you are not at home when we deliver your order, the courier company will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time.
If you have somewhere secure where your delivery can be left, you can add a note when going through the checkout and this will be added to your shipping documents.
Deliveries are left at your own risk and at the discretion of the courier.
If a delivery is incorrectly turned away or no one is available to receive the delivery on a pre-arranged and pre-agreed delivery date then a re-delivery charge or additional costs may apply. We will always do our best to limit, reduce or exclude additional costs where applicable.
We try to ensure that we are only correctly displaying products that are in stock and currently available, products that are out of stock may be available to “pre-order†on the products page, it will also display an estimated delivery date or time frame if this is the case.
Where items are dispatched directly from our supplier and we are not aware of an item being out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the date of the next shipment, at which point you can either choose an alternative item, cancel your order, or request that stock be allocated to you and dispatched when the shipment arrives.
If any items you order are not available and have no estimated arrival date, we will contact you and offer you an alternative item or if no alternative is available, we will cancel your order and issue you with a refund.
When you order there is an option to specify a separate delivery address from the billing address, ideal for gifts, holiday homes, business purchases made on personal cards or accounts.
Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery and can return any unused item for a full refund of the purchase price (including VAT).
Exceptions to the right to cancel include goods made to order made the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued in no later than 14 days from the date an item is returned.
Pure Garden will charge the costs of recovering any goods not returned by the consumer. This charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
