Using the innovative Lugarde pro-system, the 28mm thick walled summerhouse can be assembled with ease. Crafted from North European Spruce Timber and kiln-dried makes this summerhouse resistant to shrinkage.

Optional extras:
- Internal floor – the summerhouse comes with no floor as standard however as an optional upgrade you can choose a floor made from 19mm thick pine boards which connect together with tongue and groove edging. The floor bearers are also pressure treated and raised off the ground to provent against damp.
- Floor insulation – The floor insulation for internal floors are 40mm thick and are placed in between the floor beams and the floor if purchased.
- Roof insulation – The roof insulation is 40mm thick and is usually placed between the roof boards and outer covering. Complete with fixings.
- Pre-Treatment – Choose a pre-treatment to save the hassle of treating the building yourselve! Treatment is completed on the interior and exterior sections to protect the wood against fungi. Walls, door, window frames and and floor if purchased are treated. Available in the following colours.
