The Forest Wallscape 4×8 Lean-To Greenhouse with a solid back is perfect for smaller or urban gardens or patios, offering an ideal space to grow a variety of plants and flowers all year-round.

This beautiful lean-to greenhouse has a convenient opening roof window allowing you to adjust the internal temperature to meet the needs of all your plants. The pent roof means that there will not be any water accumulated on top of your structure. The single door can be installed on either gable end, allowing you to position it according to your preferred layout.

The Forest Wallscape 4×8 Lean-to Greenhouse is made in Great Britain and is constructed using premium horizontal interlocking 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding. Reinforced by thick wooden framing to support the cladding from within, this structure provides a durable and sturdy building that will last for years.

The glazing is made from UV resistant acrylic, which allows maximum light into the greenhouse while being safe and shatterproof. No floor is supplied with the greenhouse to ensure water can drain easily after you have watered any produce or plants you are growing inside.

The timber used to build this greenhouse is FSC-certified pressure treated wood and comes with a 15 year guarantee against rot and fungal decay, which is essential when the timber is in constant contact with the damp.

The additional wooden shed base provides and solid, quick, easy and effective solution to preparing a base for a Forest Overlap or Shiplap shed. Sheds must always be built on a solid and level base and poured concrete or concrete slabs are usually recommended but these do add cost, time and complexity. This wooden base is a quick and easy alternative to slabs or poured concrete. It has the added benefit of raising the shed, further isolating it from the ground which helps to prevent water splash back in heavy rain.

This robust and long-lasting base has tiny incisions that go deep into the timber that allow the pressure treatment preservative to penetrate deep into timber, protecting it from rot and making it suitable for ground contact.

The base should be laid on level ground or propped with suitable material on uneven ground. While building a shed directly on dirt or grass is not recommend this shed base does make this a possibility provided a suitable heavy duty weed membrane is used under the base.
