The Telluria Luminato is the ideal garden building and home office which will add a contemporary and smarter feel to your garden. The doors feature a plexi opaque glass and a cylinder lock which will ensure the safety of the contents kept inside.
The Luminato also features a vent to provide airflow and reduce moisture inside which can be a common problem for metal sheds, there is also an integrated gutter with outlet included which can allow you to collect rainwater.
The Luminato just like other Telluria products features a 120mm space between the wall panels allowing you to insulate your garden room allowing it to be warm in the winter and cool for the summer days. Alternatively, you can use this space to add electrical points enabling you to use the space for an office from home!
Made from a high quality hot-dipped 0.9mm galvanised steel the Luminato is not only built to be appealing to the eye but also built to last for many years to come, which is why these products come with a 20 Year Warranty. The roof is made from insulated sandwich panels which has a roof loadability of 220kg/m² once again proving the durability of this high-quality garden building.

The Telluria floor kit is made from a high-quality aluminium with a thickness of 3/5mm and has a weight capacity of 220kg/m² which is ideal for a garden office or storage unit and will offer stability within the garden building itself for many years to come, the kit also includes joists to hold the floor into place.
Internal Wall Pack
The Telluria garden buildings come with an insulated roof as standard however the walls are not, the internal wall package includes internal wall panels which will then create 120mm space between walls ideal for insulation (not included) or installing electrical points. It will also give your garden room a modern and smarter feel.
Access Ramp
The Telluria Access ramp is great addition to your Telluria garden building, it allows you to gain access easily and can hold up to 220kg/m² which also makes it easier for you to move heavier items in and out of your garden building.
Perforated Plates With Hooks
The perforated plate with hooks is perfect for hanging up all of your garden tools and other garden accessories this kit includes 20 galvanised steel hooks which can be placed anywhere you would like & 1 perforated plate which will easily slot into place during assembly.
 
Electrical Kit
The Electrical kit is the perfect upgrade for your Telluria building, the electrical kit will include up to 3 x outlets, 1 x lamp, 1 x double outlet, 2x switches spots, 2 x wall spots and up to 5 outdoor wall spots (Building & size dependant). This will enhance your garden building and allow you to use your garden room at any time of the day or evening.
